I guess Jesus hates me I am not catching it.caught it finally thank jesus
i was thinking that same thing when i read your post last night about that haha. "improvements"So... since all of the $0.00 HITs are going to be hidden by default soon, how does Amazon expect people to ever notice their premium qualifications HITs?
Will you only be able to find them in the 'expanded' HIT box when you don't qualify for a HIT?So... since all of the $0.00 HITs are going to be hidden by default soon, how does Amazon expect people to ever notice their premium qualifications HITs?
I've been saying this for years. Preach.it's not my fault everyone is a stick in the mud
https://blog.mturk.com/upcoming-change-to-mturk-worker-site-reward-filters-e29601b32a9bWill you only be able to find them in the 'expanded' HIT box when you don't qualify for a HIT?
EDIT Or, can they be unhidden. Not by default
I always thought it was weird that those weren't just part of the registration process.So... since all of the $0.00 HITs are going to be hidden by default soon, how does Amazon expect people to ever notice their premium qualifications HITs?
That would work for brand new workers, but not for those who are already registered. Especially since they keep adding new ones. They also said they made them HITs instead so they're optional and you don't have to give up that personal info if you don't want.I always thought it was weird that those weren't just part of the registration process.

Oh. Useless. I can't believe overwhelming, actionable, feedback was, "I hate having to set my filters, myself."
So... since all of the $0.00 HITs are going to be hidden by default soon, how does Amazon expect people to ever notice their premium qualifications HITs?
Less people taking those quals means it will be easier to catch those surveys. :thumbup:i was thinking that same thing when i read your post last night about that haha. "improvements"
I feel like they get tons of great feedback and then only pick the one thing that takes 5 seconds to change.Oh. Useless. I can't believe overwhelming feedback was, "I hate having to set my filters, myself."
Less people taking those quals means it will be easier to catch those surveys.
Even for 0.00 HITs, the requester still has to pay Amazon.Maybe they are going to make the requester pay for what they would usually put up for 0.00 if it does not meet a certain criteria, then they would have to pay something to Amazon to post them.
