That's what I did too, I've screen captured the last screen as well. But meh I have had terrible problems with surveys today. I'm losing the plot and thinking of just finding something to cook instead .

Good luck! You'll probably be okay. My problem with them a while ago seemed to be more about a 'young' requester not knowing what they were doing. I'm just a teensy bit paranoid when it comes to submissions w/o codes.
