First off thanks for an awesome forum. Much needed I must say...

Just wondering if I can find anyone here who would be willing to hand-hold a newbie requester in submitting and getting response to their first hit on mturk...

Thanks in advance for the timely response

Regards

Welcome! Sure, that's what this section of the forum is for! Go ahead and explain what you'd like to do, and you'll get responses with how to do it. :)

Thanks for the quick response. Actually I have already submitted 2 projects, so far, on Amazons mturk UI but I'm uncertain at this point if I'm getting it right. The workers who pick up the tasks are submitting supposedly completed tasks but alas when I view them I see nothing has been done despite my instructions to rewrite an article and make it unique-none of this has been accomplished thus far.

Question is why are the workers sending in zero completed work despite my instructions? Is this something to do with Mturk? It's costing me money and I'm avoid doing any kind of rejecting work-assigned tasks before getting to the root of the problem.

Anyone with any ideas or suggestions as to why this is so and how to go about resolve this dilemma, is very much welcome to post them here...

It sounds like something's set up wrong with your HIT so that you're not getting the results sent to you. Can you link to your HIT or give us more information about the requester name/HIT name so we can look at it?
