So, blender pencil is a no. It smudges the black HOWEVER I remembered that I have a colorless blender MARKER and it's great for this.

Now, it's not perfect because I was actually just testing things (pencils dipped in vaseline, different surfaces, etc) but you can definitely see where it cleaned up the spots and smoothed it out, especially on the red bits.

This is lovely!

The only thing I've finished lately is the dedication page on the Poe book. I tested pens that typically bleed through and not even a shadow on the opposite side!

Okay, well this turned out a bit better than I expected, though my blender marker ran out about halfway through so I used hand sanitizer for the rest >.> I think it gave the fountain an interesting look.

It was two weeks ago, but thank you!

I am beside myself and was paralyzed with indecision last night. I ended up using an RNG to pick the book I coloured in!

Probably exactly what i would have done. Especially with all those new fancy coloring things :O What markers are in that black case?

I got tired of coloring grass so I made a tiny lake behind them.

I really, really need to get to work.

edit: Also the sleeves are red because I was testing something (same as the dress being weirdly colored in places)

It's from the Magical Places and Characters book. When I'm done, I'll zazz it up with some glitter on her tail, I think. I am really digging the markers, but can only use them on pages where I don't want to colour the opposite side cos the bleed-through is no joke.

Except for the green on her dress which is gel pen, and I used a blending marker to smooth out the spots
