For anyone who has been to a chiropractor, what was your experience? Debating on setting an appointment soon.

Orthopedist better than a chiropractor imo. Chiropractor's are not actual doctors 90 percent of the time. Just not for me, but some people have great experiences with them.

Me for one. It's all up to the individual chiropractor. I've known mine for 20 years. He clearly explains the connections with muscles, joints etc, showing why you are experiencing pain. For example I was having lower back pain years ago. In the end it was being caused by my feet. Started using orthotics and using a golf ball to grind feet with. Worked and never had back pain again.

I'm a skeptic but the boy loves his. He comes back feeling amazing, but I'm skeptical/annoyed that there's always follow-up alignments and adjustments. At least in his case, you're never really "fixed." I don't doubt that it's an amazing feeling for the time being, but I had to "nope" out when the chiropractor was explaining adjusting babies routinely.
