I'm really sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there's not really anything you can do other than to just try to keep contacting them. And, if you haven't already done so, maybe take a look through this thread: Mechanical Turk Suspensions and General Speculation. Maybe there's something in there that can be of use to you.

But, ultimately, it's up to Amazon and whether or not they want to talk to you. It can be difficult to get them to do that, though. You just have to be persistent. Good luck.
