In case any of you are even in an emergency, a cupcake emergency, where someone has been thoughtless enough to give you a cupcake without frosting in the middle....don't panic. there is a solution. You simply break off the bottom part of the cupcake and smush it on top of the frosting in order to make a cupcake sandwich.

Coffee and another bagel half with whipped cream cheese, green onion, and cucumber (someone ate the rest of the smoked salmon :grumpy: )

...and then my dad brought doughnuts back from the bakery so.... a cream doughnut and mint tea for 2nd breakfast :cupcake:
